REALTIME CINEMATICS
An Exterior and Interior scene of the iconic international style house designed by Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe. This project allows you to see the interior of Farnsworth House and explore its surroundings.
Built in the Modernist era, Farnworth House is defined by minimalism and functionalism. The furniture and finishes present in this project can be changed and visualized to a set of specified materials while staying consistent the International style principles.
You can experience the scene at different times of the day with the use of a dynamic illumination system. This system works in real-time by adapting the environment according to the specified parameters.
The project puts you in control of a virtual camera which allows you to change the exposure, focal length and focus point of the lens to get that perfect framing for a picture. There is also a map system implemented which enables you to teleport to specified points of interest with a single click.
Other immersive features include the use of wind that interacts with the vegetation, chirping birds and insects that fly outside the house, and falling leaves from trees.
This is a project that didn't cut any corners and took no compromise in realism. It requires a high-end graphics card and processor to run at a consistent framerate. For a more lightweight experience that works on older computers, check out our interior only project.
